You can request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion where applicable, restriction of processing, and a portable copy of your record.
How to make a request
Use the contact form or the in-product request option. We will confirm receipt and respond within the statutory timescale.
Records issued by others
Where a record was issued by a trusted organisation, corrections may need to be made by that issuer. We will help route the request.
