How it works
Simple for people. Robust for organisations.
Make trusted information move at the speed of a clic — with the scope of every claim stated clearly.
Four steps
- 1
Create your Digital Passport
Set up your secure profile and choose your career starting point.
- 2
Build your living record
Add learning, skills, work history, goals and evidence. Connect trusted records where available.
- 3
Receive or request verification
Trusted organisations can issue, confirm or update eligible achievements and credentials. The record shows the source and status.
- 4
Share with confidence
Generate a purpose-specific digital share view, QR code or secure link. Set scope, recipient and expiry.
What a verifier sees
- The person’s name and photo, only when the holder chooses to share them.
- Selected claims and evidence.
- Issuer details and verification status.
- Issue date and expiry date, where relevant.
- A validation result.
- No ability to browse unrelated records.
Traditional CV compared with a U‑Clic living CV
| Traditional CV | U‑Clic living CV |
|---|---|
| Static document | Continuously maintained personal record |
| Evidence held separately | Evidence can be linked to claims |
| Repeated submission | Controlled re-use across opportunities |
| Difficult to assess status | Clear issuer, date and verification state |
| Broad disclosure | Share only a tailored subset |
| Often out of date | Prompts for renewal, review and updates |
